Sci Ltd. was incorporated in 2006, following the provision of Casemix and Health Information consultancy in the National Health Service (NHS) both in England and Wales since 1987.

Work had also been provided internationally through advice, information analysis and lecturing, in such countries as Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Australia, Japan and Canada.
